Ferro Alloys Plant Project – Vedanta FACOR, Odisha
ATMASTCO Limited, an emerging Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company in India, has undertaken a transformative industrial project at Vedanta–FACOR, Bhadrak, Odisha. The project involves the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a state-of-the-art 33 MVA Submerged Arc Furnace, aimed at enhancing ferrochrome production to 80,000 metric tonnes per annum.
Ferrochrome is a vital additive in manufacturing stainless steel and various specialty steels, making this project significant for the steel industry. Commencing on 15 February 2022, the project also encompasses the erection of an impressive 4,100 metric tonnes of structural steel. This landmark industrial EPC project highlights ATMASTCO’s capabilities in heavy steel fabrication and industrial project execution, contributing to the evolving metallurgical and steel production industry in India.
Vedanta Aluminium Project – GAP-5 & ARS-3, Jharsuguda
ATMASTCO Limited is undertaking a capacity enhancement project at Vedanta’s facilities in Jharsuguda, Odisha, comprising two major divisions, GAP-5 and ARS-3. These projects reflect our commitment to engineering excellence, innovation and industrial EPC solutions.
At Jharsuguda, we are executing the engineering, supply, construction and commissioning of the fifth Green Anode Plant, with an impressive capacity of 35 tonnes per hour (TPH), vital for aluminium production. Simultaneously, at Vedanta’s Third Anode Rodding Shop at the same location, we are undertaking the comprehensive EPC project for ARS-3, a cutting-edge facility with a substantial 40 TPH anode rodding capacity. Both ventures, initiated on 12 February 2023, include the precise erection of substantial-tonnage structures, highlighting ATMASTCO’s expertise in industrial EPC, structural steel fabrication and heavy industrial project execution.
Jindal Stainless Steel Plant Project – Jaipur
ATMASTCO Limited is executing an Engineering, Procurement and Supply (EPS) project for Jindal Stainless Limited in Jaipur. Initiated on 4 February 2022, the project involves the supply of a state-of-the-art lime kiln along with associated technological structures and equipment to enhance the production capacity of stainless steel plates and other products. The substantial structural steel erection involved reflects the scale and complexity of this industrial project. ATMASTCO’s involvement highlights its capabilities in industrial engineering, heavy steel fabrication and equipment supply for the stainless steel industry.
Through this partnership, ATMASTCO supports Jindal Stainless Limited’s capacity expansion and contributes to the development of India’s steel manufacturing infrastructure.
Adani Kutch Copper Plant Project – Gujarat
ATMASTCO Limited is proud to be associated with Adani Kutch Copper Limited, Gujarat, through an ongoing Engineering, Procurement and Supply (EPS) project for a state-of-the-art continuous cast rod plant, designed to support advanced copper manufacturing in India.
Commenced on 3 August 2022, the project involves the supply of advanced technological equipment for establishing the continuous cast rod plant, including essential mechanical equipment for the Balance of Plant (BoP) area, accessories, electrical components and instrumentation.
With a targeted production capacity of 0.25 million metric tonnes per annum, this industrial project represents a significant step towards strengthening India’s copper manufacturing capabilities and self-reliance. It also highlights ATMASTCO’s expertise in industrial engineering, equipment supply and EPC project execution.
Tata Steel SiMn Ferro Alloy Plant Project – Joda, Odisha
ATMASTCO Limited has undertaken an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project in collaboration with Tata Steel at the SiMn Ferro Alloy Plant in Joda, Odisha, demonstrating its commitment to engineering excellence and industrial project execution.
Commenced on 2 February 2023, the project involves the comprehensive design, supply, installation and commissioning of two state-of-the-art 18 MVA Submerged Arc Furnaces, a critical addition to the production of Silico Manganese (SiMn), an essential alloy in steel manufacturing. The project also includes the precise erection of an impressive 400 tonnes of structural steel, highlighting ATMASTCO’s capabilities in industrial EPC, heavy steel fabrication and metallurgical plant infrastructure.
Hindustan Zinc Plant Capacity Enhancement Project – Rajasthan
ATMASTCO Limited successfully completed an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project for Vedanta–Hindustan Zinc Limited in Rajasthan, marking a significant milestone in industrial engineering and project execution.
Commencing on 7 October 2021 and completed on 14 March 2023, the project enhanced the existing plant’s capacity by an impressive 25%. The scope included the design, supply and installation of critical equipment, along with the debottlenecking of the ball mill to increase its capacity from 2.5 million to 3 million metric tonnes per annum.
