Promoter and Managing Director
Mr. Subramanian Swaminathan Iyer, aged 61 years, is the founding promoter of the Company. He was appointed as the First Director on the Board of our Company at the time of incorporation of our Company on April 07, 1994 and designated as Managing Director w.e.f. October 01, 2018. He has completed his Senior Secondary Examination from State Board of School Examinations, Tamil Nadu. He has experience of more than 35 years in the business of Trading in Iron and Steel Industry as well as Structural Fabrication. He is responsible for taking all key decisions in consultation with the Board of Directors of the Company.
He has been instrumental in taking major policy decision of the Company and it is under his able guidance, direction and visionary leadership that the Company forayed into Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) business in the year 2020. He sets and evolves the strategic direction for our company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He is playing vital role in formulating business strategies and effective implementation of the same. He is responsible for the expansion and overall management of the business of our Company. His vision to do business with ethics and to keep up with latest developments, consistent innovation in technology and management practices has helped him provide an overall growth and development for the company.
He also holds directorships in Vishwam Constructions Private Limited and ATMASTCO Defence Systems Private Limited.
Mrs. Jayasudha Iyer , aged 51 years was appointed as the Director on the Board of the Company on May 01, 1994. She is a Promoter of the Company and has been designated as Whole-Time Director w.e.f. February 01, 2017.
She has completed her Senior Secondary Examination from State Board of School Examinations, Tamil Nadu. She has experience of more than 25 years in the field of business in Iron and Steel Industry and is actively involved in day-to-day affairs of our Company.
Mr. Venkataraman Ganesan, aged 56 years, is a Promoter of the Company and sitting as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer on the Board of our Company. He has been initially appointed on the Board as an Additional Director at the meeting held on June 30, 2004 and regularized as a Director of the Company by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on September 10, 2004. He has been designated as Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. October 01, 2016. He has been reappointed as Executive Director cum Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. October 01, 2018.
He is a Science Graduate and a Qualified Chartered Accountant. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Finance, Project execution, marketing of steel, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Taxation and other areas of Finance. His scope of work includes Business Development, Tendering, Project Planning, Negotiating Large Contracts and Other Operational capabilities in the Company. He is also responsible for the financial growth through raising funds and managing the overall financials of the Company.

Independent Director
Mr. C.V.S. Mukunthan, aged 59 years, is an Independent Director of the Company. He is Qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary and accomplished leader with a proven track record and a focus on growth and success. He has around three decades of extensive experience on Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Compliance, merger & acquisition, Information Technology, Business Development Customer acquisition (inland and overseas) and Human Resource management. Have travelled significantly across different geographies in business connection.
Strategic and results-oriented business leader with experience in strategy, planning and operations. Skilled in developing and executing business plans to maximize profitability, streamline operations and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Proven people leader motivates and optimizes staff performance and productivity.
He Had worked with Asian Paints, JK White Cements kind of renowned Companies before stepping into Information Technology sector. Headed a thirty-year-old IT Services Company, into ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QAD, JD Edwards etc.,) implementations and Consulting, for a period of 13 years, in the capacity as CEO and Managing Director.
He also holds directorships in Maavai Consulting Services Private Limited.
Independent Director
Mr. Venkatesan Vijaya Bhaskar, aged 49 years, is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds Bachelors in science form University of Madras, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning – IIIT, Hyderabad. He is an entrepreneur, technologist, and business leader with 26 years of experience in scaling digital platforms and global operations.
He founded and led a US OTC listed company, driving governance, finance, compliance, and investor relations. He built and operated a major matrimonial platform serving nearly 1 million customers. His work demonstrates long term value creation, operational resilience, and customer centric innovation. He specializes in corporate governance, digital transformation, product innovation, and cloud/IT infrastructure. He advises businesses across retail, eCommerce, education, and media on technology and growth strategy.
He also holds directorships in KM Wedding Events Management (P) Ltd.
Mr. Neelakantan Eswara Murthy, aged 72 years, is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the defence and aerospace sector, supported by a strong background in engineering, technology integration and strategic management.
He was associated with Mitsubishi Electric, United Kingdom. He has significant exposure to the Indian defence ecosystem and has developed professional associations with key institutions such as the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and various Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs).
His career includes extensive involvement in enabling the integration of British and Western technologies into Indian defence and aerospace programmes.
He also holds directorships in Strongfield Technologies India Private Limited.
Mr. Abhijit Pati, aged 61 years, is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He holds MBA from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi (Gold Medallist), B. Tech in Chemical Engineering (Honours) from Institute of science & Technology, Calcutta University and B.Sc. in Chemistry from Calcutta University (Gold Medallist).
Over 35 years of proven track record in key roles, maintaining, operating and developing world class aluminium assets in the country. As Ex Vice President Hindalco/ Indal, Odisha, Ex CEO of the Aluminium & Power Business, Vedanta – Odisha, Ex CEO, Vedanta Aluminium, Ex CEO & WTD of Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, Chhattisgarh and Ex Chief Transformation Officer, Vedanta Aluminium Ltd. Built the organisation brick by brick making it future ready, enriching culturally, creating a learning and innovative climate, institutionalising a good governance, deploying operational best practices and driving technological excellence.
