ATMASTCO Limited, an emerging player in the field of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), has embarked on a transformative project at Vedanta-FACOR Bhadrak in Odisha. This ambitious undertaking revolves around the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a cutting-edge 33MVA Submerged Arc Furnace, with the goal of enhancing ferrochrome production to an impressive rate of 80,000 metric tons per annum.
Ferrochrome is a vital additive in the manufacturing of stainless steel and various speciality steels, making this project of paramount importance to the steel industry. Commencing on the 15th of February 2022, the project also encompasses the meticulous erection of an awe-inspiring 4100 Metric Tons structure.
